  • All cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain
  • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the same wallet address used for payment
  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the original cryptocurrency amount paid, not fiat value
  • Network fees for refund transactions are deducted from the refund amount
